Job Title: Principal Device

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our engineering team in preparation for the formation of a new joint venture. This posting is for a Device/Process Integration engineer in a high volume, 300mm wafer manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Product Engineering teams to introduce new products into manufacturing efficiently.
  • Drive yield and cost benefits through process integration enhancements, defect reduction, and product performance improvements.
  • Monitor electrical device operation to assure conformance to quality standards and engineering specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiencies, product quality, and contain/excursion issues as well as customer returns.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Process teams to enhance overall performance.
  • Provide innovative solutions to operational issues while maintaining quality.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership in process improvement.
Requirements:
  • BS degree in Electrical or Chemical engineering or similar field preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in device or process engineering capacity or similar technical experience.
  • Experience in copper metallization technologies preferred.
  • Strong background in DOE and SPC, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, JMP, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, execute, analyze, and deliver projects per schedule.
