Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Senior Healthcare Operations Director. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational management direction and leadership for the Crisis Planning & Operations department.
Crisis Management Strategies
We require a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of experience in management of hospital operations. Prior experience in healthcare emergency preparedness and crisis management would be an advantage.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Crisis Planning & Operations department.
- Crisis Preparedness: Design and implement crisis preparedness strategies, emergency response frameworks, and business continuity plans.
You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing readiness and resilience of our organisation, including incident management and reporting.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in hospital operations
- Prior experience in healthcare emergency preparedness and crisis management (an advantage)
- Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) licence required
- Additional certifications such as WSQ Emergency Response Management and ISO Business Continuity Management (advantages)
