Job Title: Healthcare Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare department. As a Healthcare Operations Director, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing resources to achieve departmental objectives.

Your primary role will involve supporting the Operations Manager in servicing high-level decision-makers (HODs) across various hospital services and functional units. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and HOD(s) to plan, develop, and manage resources within the department(s) to meet hospital objectives in delivering patient care.

This is a proactive role that requires timely departmental performance reporting and actively planning, implementing, and managing initiatives towards determined objectives. You will also assist the Operations Manager in this capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree holder and proficiency in word processing, data management (e.g., Excel), and presentation systems (e.g., PowerPoint). Relevant work experience in customer service, project management, or operations would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Supporting the Operations Manager; Serving as the Operations interface across all hospital services and functional units; Planning, developing, and managing resources within the Department(s); Providing timely departmental performance reporting; Implementing and managing initiatives towards determined objectives; Assisting the Operations Manager.
