Job Title: Healthcare Operations Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our healthcare project, driving clinical service planning, operational readiness, and service design in collaboration with key stakeholders and consultants.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a major healthcare infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, excellent leadership and team management skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships across various organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in user engagement workshops to contribute clinical and operational insights during the hospital planning phase.
  • Lead discussions on hospital development, including service planning, infrastructure design, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with consultants, medical planners, and internal stakeholders to design patient-centric service flows aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project requirements, technologies, and design assumptions.
  • Develop end-user briefs, operational guidelines, and workflow processes; coordinate workshops to test new models.
  • Prepare business cases to secure approvals and funding for infrastructure development.
  • Monitor and track progress across workstreams; escalate key issues to senior management as needed.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for hospital committees and senior leadership.
  • Oversee implementation of hospital operational models and ensure alignment with approved budgets and care frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in healthcare operations or hospital planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
