Job Description

Your Role

  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers. Your main objective will be to develop a sales pipeline and find new ways to grow the customer base.
  • You will report to the Head of Sales, Wallex, and work under our entity M-DAQ Payment Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Making outbound calls and follow-ups to potential clients and researching leads from SME businesses, web searches, or digital resources to support assigned new business goals.
  2. Converting new business opportunities within assigned leads using a consultative sales approach.
  3. Serving as a brand enthusiast for M-DAQ Payment Solutions (MPS) suite of products and solutions.
  4. Building strong relationships with current, future prospects, and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  5. Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts and managing the sales process to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upselling and cross-selling potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
  7. Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups and identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  8. Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs of activity and revenue targets.
  9. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Corporate Banking, FinTech, and Private Banking industry.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
  • Experience in Area Sales, National Sales, Sales Training, and Startups.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
