Job Description

We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing opening and closing duties, daily operation tasks, providing excellent customer service, managing manpower, leading and training team members, and ensuring compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Key Responsibilities
  • To perform opening and closing duties: Ensure that the outlet is clean and tidy before opening and after closing.
  • Perform daily operation tasks: Conduct regular checks on equipment and inventory to ensure smooth operation.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  • Managing manpower by conducting recruitment, training and coaching: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of team members.
  • Lead and train team members and supervisors: Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve guest satisfaction, operation efficiency, and productivity.
  • Manage and oversee all incident reports: Ensure that incidents are reported promptly and followed up with necessary actions.
  • Prepare and submit restaurant supplies ordering: Plan and order restaurant supplies to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor Inventory to minimize wastage: Regularly review inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance: Ensure that personal grooming and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills: Foster strong teamwork and communication among team members.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team: Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of Management experience in the Food & Beverage industry: Proven track record of success in management roles.
  • Guest oriented, service focus: Strive to generate loyal patrons and regular customers.
  • Self-motivated, eye for details and strong organizational skills: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment: Adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Responsible and positive working attitude: Demonstrate commitment to job responsibilities and company values.
