Our retail sales director will lead the day-to-day operations of a multinational retail company. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail operations, oversee the performance of the retail team, ensure excellent customer service, develop and implement strategies to drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, collaborate with the marketing team, monitor and control inventory levels, analyze sales data, train and coach retail staff on product knowledge and sales techniques, handle customer complaints and concerns, stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in an MNC environment.
