Job Title: Community Liaison and Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Liaison and Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement, coordinating operations, and providing administrative support.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle public feedback professionally, and experience managing day-to-day administrative duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of liaising effectively with government agencies, contractors, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular site visits and maintain an updated community relations plan
- Design, prepare, and distribute newsletters or circulars to update residents and the public on work progress
- Handle verbal and written feedback from stakeholders through emails, letters, and in-person discussions
- Log and follow up on feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution and closure
- Liaise with Statutory Boards and Government Agencies (e.g. HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM) and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations
- Arrange site inspections in response to public or stakeholder concerns
- Prepare reports as required
- Degree, Diploma, or ITE certification in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in public relations, administration, or project coordination, preferably within the construction or engineering sector
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., TaskHub or similar systems)
- Basic understanding of statutory requirements and government agencies related to construction projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with government agencies, contractors, and the public
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
- 5-day work week
