The Operational Growth Manager is a critical role that oversees the day-to-day activities of a group of restaurants, driving growth and operational excellence. About the Role
- Drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency across all outlets.
- Manage staff effectively, ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote business growth by developing and implementing effective strategies to increase sales.
- Optimize restaurant operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers to achieve exceptional results.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Able to set priorities, plan, organise, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
