Job Title: Achieving Excellence in Financial ComplianceAre you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring the highest standards of financial compliance? As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing all FCC matters across Singapore, working closely with our Regional Head and other stakeholders to drive business success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective FCC policies and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Enhance AML / CFT / Sanctions and Anti-Bribery processes to minimize risk and optimize business outcomes;
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and ensure our AML policies align with emerging laws and regulations;
  • Lead investigations into any alerts or red flags, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Compliance, preferably with FCC expertise;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex regulatory issues and develop practical solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving results in fast-paced environments.
