**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and execution of the compliance testing, continuous assurance and reporting program to monitor for compliance with laws and regulations.
- Participating in the development and enhancement of compliance assurance methodologies and standards for auditing, testing, monitoring and reporting.
- Identify key issues, cause and effect relationships, and gaps in the process that impact quality, accuracy, and/or compliance.
- Design compliance dashboards/ briefings to adequately capture findings and risks emanating from compliance testing, and to present it to relevant stakeholders to drive improvements.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure regulatory obligations are communicated and met.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive the implementation of initiatives and process changes with a focus on innovation.
- Assist to draft regulatory papers and submissions.
- Assist to research on key topics for the purposes of regulatory submissions and public policy.
- Additional duties as assigned such as ad-hoc regulatory projects.

**Experience & Skills**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, Business, IT or related courses.
- Minimally 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory compliance/audit function within a financial institution, such as a payments company, Big4s or MAS.
- Familiar with the Payment Services Act, and all subsidiary notices and guidelines applicable to Payment Services Providers and/or other international AML/CFT standards.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work and multi-task under pressure, with the ability to pivot quickly to changing situations.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
