Job Title: Viennoiserie Pastry Chef
We are seeking a skilled Viennoiserie Pastry Chef to join our Central Kitchen team.
DescriptionWe produce a wide range of artisanal French pastries in a high-volume environment. We aim for precision, dedication, and love in every pastry we craft.
- Production Excellence: Prepare croissants, pain au chocolat, and other laminated dough creations.
- Lamination Mastery: Execute precise dough lamination techniques to achieve consistency and quality.
- Recipe Adherence: Comply with standardized recipes and production processes.
- Batch Scaling & Management: Measure and manage batch sizes to meet daily distribution demands.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet visual and taste standards.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the central kitchen team to optimize workflow.
- Inventory Control: Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
We require:
- Diploma or certification in Patisserie, Bakery, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industrial baking equipment and processes is a plus.
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
