Regional Compensation Strategist, SEAO

This role will oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies to drive employee performance and satisfaction in South East Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation analysis, interpret data, and assess internal and external equity for the SEAO region.
- Evaluate current C&B programs and processes, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including the annual rewards cycle and all C&B related programs.
- Develop salary package proposals for employees in Singapore and review packages for the rest of SEAO countries as needed.
- Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in survey activities and support pay band development.
- Perform other duties and contribute to rewards projects as needed.
- Manage C&B related HRIS modules.
- Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably at a regional level.
- Good understanding and knowledge of compensation and benefits practice, regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compensation-related information to HR, management, and employees.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and working knowledge of Workday and Mercer data.
