This Regional Total Rewards Business Partner position plays a crucial role in managing compensation and benefits programs for our SEAO employees, aiming to drive performance and satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably at a regional level.Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will conduct C&B analysis, interpret data, and assess internal and external equity for Singapore and SEAO levels. They will evaluate current C&B programs and processes, recommend optimization, and administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual rewards cycles. Additionally, they will prepare salary package proposals for employees in Singapore and review packages for rest of SEAO countries as needed. This role also involves supporting the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs, participating in surveys, and contributing to rewards projects as needed. Furthermore, the successful candidate will manage C&B related HRIS modules and communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues. Collaboration with the HR team in SEAO on all rewards matters is essential.Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a degree in any related discipline, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high-level integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft products and working knowledge of Workday and Mercer data are necessary. A good understanding of compensation and benefits practices, regulations, and compliance requirements, as well as market trends, is essential. We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract top talent for this rewarding opportunity.
