Job OverviewKey Responsibilities
  1. Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  2. Qualify new clients via referrals and database leads, developing a strategic sales plan.
  3. Present tailored matchmaking packages and consultancy services to clients.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Requirements
  1. Proven track record of meeting sales targets in consultative or service-based industries.
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing abilities.
  3. Result-oriented with keen business acumen in identifying opportunities.
  4. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain motivation in face of objection/rejection.
