
Customer Relations Support Specialist

Job Description:
- Provide dedicated support to Customer Relations Officers in attending to residents' feedback and concerns.
- Assist with arranging and coordinating site inspections as required.
- Compose and send basic replies or messages to residents under the guidance of Customer Relations Officers.
- Maintain accurate records of defects, both in physical form and online submissions.
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors under the supervision of Customer Relations Officers.
- Escalate complex issues to Customer Relations Officers promptly.
- Support administrative and reporting tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a GCE 'O' Level or NITEC certificate with at least 5 subjects passed.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience is required (prior experience in construction or HDB would be advantageous).
- Must be independent, detail-oriented, and possess excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage interactions with residents professionally are essential.
- Five and a half days of work per week, with alternate full Saturdays.
