Key Position Overview

The Director of Revenue will spearhead revenue growth by driving room rate optimization, yield and conversions targets.

  • Formulate revenue strategies by closely monitoring and analyzing occupancy levels, managing overbookings, tracking promotional offers and other related data points to enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Lead strategic revenue meetings and generate reports and analyses needed for these high-level discussions.
  • Oversee the management of all third-party distributors to ensure compliance with our resort standards and rules.
  • Provide valuable guidance and upskill our Reservations and Front Office teams on sales and marketing competencies to elevate their performance.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports as well as take on special projects, including market and business analysis.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or full professional qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
  • 7 to 10 years' experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry, and/or with pre-opening experience.
  • A proven track record in developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, preferably in a similar capacity and in prime cities in hotels of similar standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
