Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially-minded Senior Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy in Singapore and across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the firm's strategy and business development plan for Singapore and assigned regional product groups.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of a program of business development and marketing activities for the Singapore office, focusing on key clients and product groups.
  • Work with the Head of Business Development & Marketing, APAC to deliver the firm's Global Client Program, the APAC Regional Client Program, and a local client program in Singapore.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a business development/client development role within a law firm or global professional services firm.
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector is desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with flexibility to accommodate evolving priorities.
  • Ability to work at pace, with credibility and influence at partner level.
  • A strategic mindset combined with sharp execution skills and strong attention to detail.
