Quality Assurance Specialist Role Overview:
">We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting outgoing and incoming parts to verify compliance with specifications.
">Conduct thorough inspections of parts to ensure they meet our quality expectations.
">Maintain accurate records of quality checks, identify problems, and report them to management for prompt action.
">Authorize the rejection of non-conforming parts and release conforming parts to the warehouse.
">Perform routine factory tests and checks on switchboards to guarantee their functionality and safety.
">Test and commission switchboards on board vessels or at on-site locations to ensure they meet our quality standards.
">Respond to warranty claims and quality complaints by conducting thorough tests on switchboards.
">Collaborate with the Manager to achieve quality objectives and maintain a high level of quality control throughout the production process.
">Ensure all work areas are well-maintained and safe, adhering to established housekeeping and safety protocols.
">Verify that calibrated instruments are used for inspections to guarantee accuracy and precision.
">Prevent product non-compliance and recommend solutions for detected issues.
">Verify implementation of proposed solutions to address any quality concerns.
">Control and deliver non-conforming products until the deficiency is corrected.
">
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
">At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
