Job Title: QAQC Engineer

  We are seeking a diligent and meticulous QA/QC Engineer to join our team.

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, equipment-specific specifications, and quality management system (QMS) requirements.
  2. Drive the overall company's quality assurance and control function and programs.
  3. Act as the main liaison party with external certifying bodies on all ISO certification related to quality.
  4. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure product quality meets design parameters and technical requirements.
  5. Supervise and manage all visual inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) procedures.
  6. Monitor corrective actions and process improvements, and ensure proper defect rectification of subcontractor workers across all trades.
  7. Develop and execute effective QA/QC plans, preparing precise reports, and assisting in the preparation of QM submissions.

  Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in QA/QC, Engineering, or Construction-related field recognized by PE Board Singapore.
  • Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in the local construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management principles and experience with implementing QMS.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and QA/QC documentation tools.
