Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
About the RoleThe primary objective of this position is to oversee the quality assurance process and ensure that all Printed Wiring Boards meet customer specifications and industry standards.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing quality control processes, serving as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality systems
- Monitoring inspection and testing procedures
- Resolving quality-related customer issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A degree in any Engineering discipline, preferably in Quality Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities or operational roles
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively
- Independence, decisiveness, and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of PWB manufacturing processes (preferable)
