We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Assistant Manager to oversee and enhance mission-critical systems for the Defence sector.

You will be responsible for managing system operations, ensuring governance and compliance, and driving digital transformation initiatives to strengthen system performance and cybersecurity.

  • Provide end-to-end systems management and on-site support to stakeholders">
  • Ensure systems meet defined KPIs/SLA and comply with policies, standards, and audits">
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, obsolescence, and tech refresh activities">
  • Conduct security reviews, vulnerability management, and improve cyber resiliency">
  • Maintain asset inventory and support logistics management">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure service quality and compliance">
  • Drive operational efficiency, governance, and customer satisfaction initiatives">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in IT or a related field with at least 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure management">
  • Strong knowledge in system/network troubleshooting and transmission network infrastructure">
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux (virtual environments), and monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds, Nessus)">
  • Solid understanding of incident management, escalation, and service delivery">
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills">
  • Knowledge of Singaporean laws and regulations">
