
Client Support Expert

The primary role of the Client Support Expert is to provide expert process and project support services that enable front office teams to excel in their core business.
This involves working closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and implement quality solutions that drive success and improve operational efficiency.
As a key member of the central team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to front office staff, including tasks such as data entry and record management.
Depending on your experience and skills, this role may also involve evolving into a Client Officer position, where you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional projects.
