Job Overview:

This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the repair and overhaul of complex mechanical components within the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise in mechanical skills such as benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, welding, machining or other required skills to restore component functionality
  • Operate advanced CNC machines including 3-axis and 5-axis capabilities as well as conventional machining equipment
  • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to ensure operational efficiency and maintain quality standards
  • Support and participate in workplace safety initiatives and activities
  • Report hazardous conditions and incidents to supervisors
  • Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate in audits and inspections as required
  • Attend training programs to enhance safety awareness and proficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of NITEC in Engineering or relevant fields
  • Ability to comprehend technical instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Proficiency in hands-on work involving equipment, tools and machinery
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn - on-the-job training and certifications will be provided
  • Relevant experience in aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering is preferred
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed
