Site Operations Specialist

The role of the Site Operations Specialist is to oversee the smooth functioning of our venues. This involves ensuring that all necessary checks are performed prior to and after events, with any defects documented throughout the duration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough pre-event site checks, documenting any defects or issues spotted.
  • Collaborate closely with Managing Agents to resolve any problems and provide timely updates.
  • Carry out regular inspections during events and document reinstatement requirements.
  • Work collaboratively as a team member, demonstrating independence, responsibility, and ability to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in site operations or facilities management.
  • Relevant work experience including building maintenance and inspection.
  • Preferred relevant certification (e.g. Certified Facilities Manager or Certified Facilities Management Expert).
