As a skilled Purchase Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless purchase order fulfilment and maintaining accurate records.
- This role involves end-to-end Purchase Order management, including raising Purchase Requisitions, following up on contracts and verification, performing receiving, checking invoices and supporting documents.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders on Purchase Orders, monthly/quarterly closing and accounting for expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, track and report data entry.
- Handle new processes/projects as required or assigned, including performing ad-hoc tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date records, filing and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales administration or operations roles.
- Meticulous, analytical and strong number sense.
- Pro-active approach to problem solving with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and adapt to changes.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge and/or process-related experience would be an advantage.
