Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our organization as a Student Care Teacher/Senior. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support, conflict resolution, and positive reinforcement to primary school children.
About the Role
- Provide emotional support, conflict resolution, and positive reinforcement to students.
- Implement character development programs and engaging activities to students.
- Supervise primary school children (primary 1 to 6) to ensure completion of daily homework.
- Ensure safety and timely transfer of children from school to student centre.
- Liaise with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and behaviour.
- Perform administrative work (sales, collection of fees, and collection of forms) and upkeep of centre premises.
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or higher qualification and prior working experience in a relevant role, preferably at the primary level. They should demonstrate exceptional work ethics, maintain high integrity, and display a positive attitude when encountering challenges.
