We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Care Coach to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

As a Student Care Coach, your primary responsibility will be to provide care and supervision to Primary School students in an after-school setting. You will also be responsible for guiding students with their school homework and delivering a holistic development curriculum.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a natural affinity with children. You should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be willing to go above and beyond to support the needs of our students.

In addition to providing exceptional care and education, you will also play a key role in supporting the overall success of our organization. This may include participating in team meetings, contributing to the development of new programs and initiatives, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Care and Supervision of Primary School students in after-school care setting
  • Guiding students in their school homework
  • Delivery of holistic development curriculum
Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 1 year of experience in student care or teaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural ability to connect with children
