Job Title: NVO Sales Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced business development professional to drive growth in our Non-Vessel Operating (NVO) segment. Key responsibilities include optimizing business volume and profitability, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize business volume and profitability for NVO key accounts.
  • Achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.
  • Maximize returns in multiple trade lanes and contributions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Degree in Maritime Studies or Shipping-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
