Job Opportunity:

You will provide crucial support to senior cluster leaders in governance and strategic planning, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, timely submissions, and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead on governance, risk management, and operational excellence initiatives across clusters.
  2. Educate teams on critical risk areas, including Process Universe and Supply Chain Management.
  3. Support senior leaders in performance management, impact planning, and reporting, working collaboratively to achieve objectives/KPIs.
  4. Maintain awareness and understanding of the organization's function strategy and scorecard, and its application at the cluster and country levels.
  5. Stay informed about the wider business landscape and how our function supports overall objectives.
  6. Oversee and supervise budget processes, ensuring adherence to the Operational Risk Framework.
  7. Identify, assess, monitor, control, and mitigate risks to the function.
  8. Lead clusters in annual Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercises.
  9. Assess the effectiveness of clusters in delivering robust governance, oversight, and controls.
  10. Demonstrate exceptional conduct, adhere to our Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  11. Collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong grasp of brand & marketing governance, risk management, with experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative marketing research.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand & marketing governance, risk management.
  • Good understanding and experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative marketing research.
  • Familiarity with the organization's function strategy and scorecard.
