Experiential Events Manager

This role involves conceptualizing, managing and delivering events that meet client objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Development: Develop event concepts and manage onsite activities to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and clients to secure projects and drive revenue growth.
  • Pitching and Proposals: Develop compelling pitches and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate a team to deliver projects efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the events industry.
  • Ability to work under dynamic deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and irregular hours (fair compensation provided).
