Job Overview

MICE industry professionals conceptualise, design and execute experiential events. We seek a skilled Event Coordinator to work on simultaneous projects.

The role involves overall development, planning, execution and delivery of activations and projects such as events, exhibitions, conferences and digital broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in project management activities and meetings.
  • Fulfil day-to-day event needs of external and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, venues and suppliers.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the event process.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of project documentation and administration.
  • Contribute in creative and event management activities.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables.
  • Provide support to the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of MICE experience or related background.
  • Experience in Hybrid, Live and Virtual events.
  • Good client relations skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • High quality project documentation and delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
