Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our inventory management process, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in SAP (MM or WM module) for inventory and material tracking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials or goods against delivery orders and invoices.
  • Enter and update stock movements and transactions accurately in SAP.
  • Coordinate storage and retrieval of goods while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Issue materials based on job orders or requisitions and record transactions in SAP.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate regular inventory reports using SAP and Excel.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety and orderliness in the store area.
  • Coordinate with procurement, project and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Handle documentation for material returns, transfers and disposals according to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in SAP (MM or WM module) for inventory and material tracking.
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/store operations.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
