Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct on-site software installations and training sessions at customer premises.
  • Troubleshoot complex software problems and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and software teams to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
  • Take ownership of software projects and contribute to team efforts to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Fresh polytechnic graduate or equivalent with local work experience.
  • Experience in payroll, Human Resources, and web technologies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
