Medical Field Service Leadership Role

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of team activities and customer interactions\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development\
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency\

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field such as mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering\
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field service or maintenance, preferably with team supervision\
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities\
  • Capacity to develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems\
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills to inspire and motivate team members\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications\
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation\
