Medical Technology Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization in the field of medical technology as a dedicated Medical Technology Support Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing critical technical support to customers and internal teams.

The position requires a strong background in engineering with experience in servicing medical devices or analytical instruments. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely on-site technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain complex medical instrument systems
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge using service manuals and SOPs
  • Manage service inventory to ensure first-time fix performance
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support system placements and promotional efforts

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Biomedical, Mechanical)
  • Experience servicing medical devices or analytical instruments
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
