The incumbent will coordinate leasing projects, scheduling and performing of Preventive Maintenance, provide on-site technical support, installation and commissioning for the entire medical device portfolio of ZOLL Medical.

**Essential Functions**:

- Scheduling and performing of Preventive Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning
- Provide on-site Technical Support upon activation
- Communicating and liaising with vendors to coordinate leasing projects.
- Assist with in-house Repairs as when required
- Proactive in Maintaining high level of business relationships and customer satisfaction
- Ensure proper and accurate documentations of Service Reports and Checklists with compliance to GDPMDS requirements
- Maintaining and updating of Technical Service activity tracker and Project Install Base

**Required/ Preferred Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of Diploma in Biomedical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years or more experience of relevant work experience in the medical device industry, or Biomedical Engineering industry
- Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Good experience with on-site troubleshooting and fault investigation
- Good knowledge with GDPMDS, 5S, Kaizen and internal audits
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively without compromising deadlines
- Ability to work on-site independently and as a team
- Proven ability to effectively instruct and supervise individuals
- Ability to influence and motivate the team
- Willingness to take ownership of processes and strive for continuous improvement
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required
- Proficient with Microsoft office and other Engineering software

**Licenses and Certifications**:

- Valid local driving license and possess a car
