">The Role
">We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channels Sales Manager to expand our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
">This role will focus on developing and managing relationships with key channel partners, distributors, and resellers to enhance our market penetration.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to increase partner engagement
- Build the Channel ecosystem
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners in the assigned region
- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs
- Train and support partners on our solutions, ensuring they have the necessary tools to sell effectively
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to optimize channel sales
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to align channel strategies and contractual agreements
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Required Experience
">- Proven track record of driving revenue through channel partners
- Strong experience in network security, ITSM, ITOM, or network performance monitoring is a must
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and indirect sales models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Experience working with distributors, VARs, MSSPs, or system integrators is a plus
