Expert-Level Transition & Transformation Manager

We are seeking an expert-level transition and transformation manager to lead strategic initiatives and drive results across APAC.

This role involves managing large-scale transformation programs, applying structured methodologies, and monitoring program performance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative team player attitude.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in project management and business analysis, with a university degree preferably accompanied by certification in project management or Lean Six Sigma. They will also possess a strong understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead transition and transformation projects to optimize global operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and manage detailed transition plans covering people, processes, systems, and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations during transition phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in project management and business analysis.
  • University degree, ideally with certification in project management, Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or higher), or TQM.
  • Strong understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes and systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results under continuous change.
  • Strong communication skills, adapting to different audiences and business needs.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in guiding teams through transformation and transition challenges.
