Energy Transition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy Transition Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of energy transition technical concepts and commercial feasibility, as well as the ability to develop energy transition strategies.
Job Responsibilities:- Undertake feasibility studies and early-stage design on sustainable and decarbonization projects for offshore and nearshore applications.
- Develop energy transition strategy with a strong understanding of technical concepts and commercial feasibility.
- Conduct Technical Due Diligence on sustainable and decarbonization Mergers and Acquisition projects, including conventional low carbon projects, ammonia, hydrogen, renewables, energy storage, interconnectors, geothermal, hydro, and biomass.
- Execute consulting engagements, coordinating with cross-discipline teams to develop bespoke solutions for clients.
- Take responsibility for effective project management and participate in knowledge sharing to support the development of other team members.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or science, or relevant higher degree (Masters, PhD, MBA).
- 8+ years of experience in the energy/related industry, with 5+ years specific to several energy transition topics listed above.
- Proven capability in delivering high-end consulting projects and managing key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with broad ESG ecosystem, including local and international carbon markets rules and regulations.
- Demonstrate business acumen and financial literacy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
