Role Overview As an expert-level Transition & Transformation Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives to transition and transform procurement operations for clients across APAC. You will be responsible for designing and executing complex change programs that optimize sourcing, procurement, and supplier management processes. This role is critical in ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients, transitioning services, and delivering measurable improvements in procurement performance. Key Responsibilities Lead transition and transformation projects, working cross-functionally to optimize global operations and enhance efficiency. Develop and manage detailed transition plans covering people, processes, systems, and governance. Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations during transition phases. Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party providers to ensure smooth knowledge
