Assistant Administrative Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Manage the procurement process for technical equipment and supplies.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and external presentations.
- Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in office administration and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
