Condominium Complex Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a condominium complex, ensuring that all services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly inspect common areas, equipment, public walkways, and external façade to identify any necessary alterations, maintenance, or reconditioning.
- Respond promptly to resident concerns and issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain good relationships with residents and council members through regular communication and engagement.
- Monitor and address feedback from various platforms, including messengers, emails, and digital channels.
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant job disciplines and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Organize and facilitate sub-committee meetings, prepare minutes, and assist with council and general meetings.
- Be available to handle emergency situations as needed.
A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field, combined with at least 3 years of experience in residential or condominium management.
- Familiarity with existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical expertise and apply judgment and precedents accordingly.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
