About You:

  2. Have a NITEC in a related course of study or equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience.
  3. At least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field.
  4. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and advise on vehicle service requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop team.
  • Ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of repairs.
