Job Title: Automotive Sales Professional
Job DescriptionTactical strategy development is a crucial aspect of this role, involving the creation and implementation of strategies to support our automotive leasing and fleet business.
- We develop and implement tactical strategies to grow the daily rental and mid to long term leasing business, deploying resources to expand our operations.
- We identify key business opportunities and establish high market profiles by engaging new business contacts to expand our reach.
- We establish and monitor goals, providing support, coaching, and mentoring to all teams while developing internal and external relationships with customers and clients.
- We sell automotive leases to various customers and clients, advising on financial options available in the market to meet their motor vehicle needs.
This position requires a strong background in sales and marketing, with at least 4 years of experience in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, hardworking, and highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum Class 3 driving license and have good communication skills, both verbal and written. They will also have the ability to conduct market research, provide forecasts, and deliver sales presentations.
