Automotive Professional

We are seeking an experienced Motor Car Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

  • Perform in-depth diagnostic tests to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine issues.
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, and fluid checks.
  • Repair or replace faulty components in the engine, transmission, suspension, and braking systems.
  • Utilize computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
  • Inspect, test, and repair electrical and electronic systems.
  • Conduct test drives to verify the success of repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve workshop efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record as a Motor Car Mechanic/Automotive Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Hands-on experience in engine repairs, transmission work, and suspension maintenance.
  • Ability to interpret service manuals and technical diagrams.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy parts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
