Job Title: Service Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by evaluating and advising on vehicle service requirements.

About You:

  • You will have a strong attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
  • Able to identify and effectively solve problems.
  • Flexibility, friendliness, helpfulness, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and advise on vehicle service requirements.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop team.
  3. Ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of repairs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • NITEC in a related course of study or equivalent professional certification holders with relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive field.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
