Alternative Asset Product Growth Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of private asset products and business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product development and management, with a strong focus on alternatives.

This role involves end-to-end management of product initiatives, including fund documentation, liaising with service providers and legal/tax advisors, and coordination of internal and external parties/resources to ensure successful implementation of initiatives or product launch.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting local business units' investments into funds platform with a focus on alternative investment platforms, creating RFP repository for internal clients, assisting hiring manager with ongoing queries from clients, and supporting improvement of performance reporting framework, including coordination of QPRs.

Responsibilities:
  • Management of alternative investment product infrastructure/platforms, preparation of board papers and AIA internal governance related materials pertaining to management of the platform
  • Supports budgeting activities
  • Working with operation teams to enhance operational efficiencies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy
  • Advanced Excel and ppt skills
  • Fund Management License
  • 10-15 years of experience
