Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive the growth of private asset products and business. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing product initiatives, liaising with service providers, and coordinating internal and external resources to ensure successful implementation.

You will also support local business units' investments into the funds platform, create RFP repositories, and assist hiring managers with client queries. Additionally, you'll work on enhancing operational efficiencies and develop a framework for alternative solutions for retail/HNW participation into private assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of product initiatives, including assisting with fund documentation and coordination of internal and external parties/resources.
  • Supporting local business units' investments into the funds platform, including creating RFP repositories and assisting hiring managers with ongoing queries from clients.
  • Management of alternative investment product infrastructure/platforms, including preparation of board papers and governance-related materials.
  • Working with operation teams to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Assisting hiring manager to develop, research, set up and operationalise a framework and operating model for alternative solutions for retail/HNW participation into private assets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy.
  • Advanced Excel and ppt skills.
  • Fund Management License.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in a related field.
