Job Title: Product Manager - Alternative Solutions \

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of alternative investment solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of private asset products and business, as well as exploring opportunities to provide private asset exposure to retail products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development and Management: Develop and manage alternative investment product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of high-quality products to our clients. \
  • Client Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and preferences, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. \
  • Alternatives Products Business Management: Oversee the management of alternative investment product infrastructure and platforms, including preparation of board papers and internal governance materials. \
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist in developing and operationalizing a framework and operating model for alternative solutions for retail/HNW participation into private assets. \
  • Job Requirements: \
    • \
    • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy \
    • Advanced Excel and ppt skills \
    • Fund Management License \
    • 10-15 years of experience \
    • A passion for innovation and customer-centric approach \
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills \
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions \
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills \
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on results-driven outcomes \
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity \
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented individual \
    • Prior experience in alternative investments is an asset \
    • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment \
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance \
    • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices \
